Gap, Old Navy & Banana Republic websites - how annoying

What the heck is up with the Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic websites?  If I hear one more click, click, click sound I think I shall die.  I know they revamped all three sites several months ago, but I assumed they we trying to improve the sites not make them worse.

The biggest shopping day of the year

That's right ladies the annual after Thanksgiving day shopping frenzy is almost upon us.  It can be the best of shopping days or the worst.  Good because you can get some awesome deals and not so good because you have to deal with the crowds.....and I mean crowds.

Casual Corner & Petite Sophisticate - the retail stores are closing too

It's not just the websites that are closing.  The word on the street is that the Casual Corner and Petite Sophisticate retail stores & outlets are closing as well.  Again, bad because you have 2 less options when it comes to clothes shopping, but good because there are some seriously good deals to be had.

Real Simple magazine rates cashmere

It seems everyone and their brother is selling cashmere these days, so selecting the right brand can be a bit tricky.  Lucky for us Real Simple magazine did some research on the whole thing and came up with a few really great options.  Whew!

This just in - CasualCorner.com & PetiteSophisticate.com are closing up shop at 7:30 am ET on November 17th.  The bad news is you will no longer be able to shop these stores online.  The good news....and this is really good....everything on their websites is at least 50% off.  But FYI, all sales are final.
